CC-BY 4 allow to copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format even reselling....
From what I know reselling are not allow?

Reselling is a redistribution...
CC-BY requires credits but it doesn't mean that I can't resell because while I credit you I don't do bad... You wrote in the description that reselling and redistribution aren't allowed. But CC-BY allows any redistribution ...

It was made to be a "free culture" license (Follow the link because it answers your question). And as additional recommendation (after reading first link ) I recommend you to know what is "free software" is to compare with what you know...
About suggestion... I suggest you to choose license you want to use for this asset... If you decided to choose your custom license, you need to remove CC-BY4 from itch metadata because it is disinformation. If you decided to stick with CC-BY4, you need to edit description accordingly to CC-BY4 (And I recommend to add the name of the license)...

I just got this it's awesome. I am going to use it in my Minecraft mod. my only complaint is the file is all in 1 picture instead of separate files.
